Ana joined EthosEnergy in 2019 with 30 years experience in the energy and power generation industry. Ana joined EthosEnergy from Aggreko where she was Managing Director for the Latin America business. Prior to her eight years with Aggreko, Ana spent 22 years with GE starting her career in field service roles before moving into global operations and leadership positions.

Chris Watson is Chief Financial Officer for EthosEnergy and is based at the Eastern Hemisphere Corporate Office in Aberdeen, UK. Chris has responsibility for Finance, Treasury, Communications, Information Technology, Travel and Real Estate.
Prior to this, he spent 16 years working with Wood Group, first as Group Financial Controller and Treasurer, during which time he also served as company secretary, before becoming CFO for the GTS division in 2004.
He started his career, with PwC where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and spent 11 years working in both Aberdeen and Toronto. Chris holds a degree in Accountancy from Aberdeen University and is a graduate of Insead’s Advanced Management Program.
Abby YatesGeneral Counsel
Abby Yates is General Counsel for EthosEnergy and is based at the offices in Houston, Texas. She has responsibility for providing Legal and Compliance services to the joint venture.
Prior to this, Abby spent 10 years working within Wood Group, first as litigation manager and then as Divisional Counsel in the GTS division.
Abby studied Law at Temple University, Philadelphia and was admitted to the bar in 1993. She began her career with Morgan Lewis in Philadelphia and also worked for Bracewell & Giuliani and Schlumberger in Houston.
George GaudettePresident, Aero & Light Turbines, and Generators
George spent 24 years with Wood Group in various roles, joining when he sold his company Turbine Engine Services (TES) to Wood Group in 1990. TES formed the origin of the Wood Group Pratt & Whitney joint venture – which George is president of – as well as EthosEnergy’s Accessories & Components and Component Repair businesses.
Gus EghneimGroup Head of Health, Safety, Security & Environment and Service Excellence
Gus Eghneim is Group Head of HSSE and Service Excellence in EthosEnergy and is based at the offices in Houston, Texas. Gus has responsibility for driving the HSSE and Service Excellence strategic objectives, monitoring performance and implementing improvement programs.
He joined Wood Group GTS in 2004 and previously held various environmental roles in companies including URS, Enron, Duke Energy and STEAG Power.
Gus holds an MBA and degrees to PhD in Mechanical Engineering. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
Kevin TaylorPresident of Projects & Services
Kevin Taylor is President of EthosEnergy’s Projects & Services business and is based in Houston, USA.
With over 30 years of experience in the global energy business Kevin brings a broad background to Power Solutions which includes the development, design and construction of energy facilities both domestically and internationally.
He joined EthosEnergy from North American Energy Services (NAES) where he served as Senior Vice President, Engineering & Construction. Prior to that he was President of MasTec’s Power & Industrial Group and Senior Vice President of Parsons Brinckerhoff’s Americas Power Group.
Steve SchneiderGroup Leader, Global Steam & Compressor Product Lines
Steve Schneider is the Group Leader of the Global Steam and Compressor Product Lines for EthosEnergy, based in Houston, Texas. Steve joined EthosEnergy in 2018 with over 30 years’ experience in the aviation, utility, and industrial engine overhaul and manufacturing industries.
Prior to joining EthosEnergy Steve had a successful career working for Chromally, Sermatech and TurboCare Inc. before starting, managing, and selling his own industrial gas turbine parts manufacturing business.
Steve holds an MBA from Wake Forest Babcock School of Management, is an FAA Licensed Aircraft Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic and Commercial Rated Pilot.
Chris WilkinsonGlobal Head of Gas Turbines
Chris Wilkinson is Group Head of Gas Turbines and has overall responsibility for the Global Gas Turbine product line in EthosEnergy.
Chris has over 30 years of industry experience. He has held leadership positions in Project Management, Product Management, Operations, Engineering, Plant Management, Sales and Marketing, and P&L. Chris has extensive market knowledge in the major maintenance industry and has fulfilled multiple roles in Wood Group and EthosEnergy including President of HIT Services, VP of Product Management, VP of Major Maintenance Americas, VP of Americas Sales, and his current role of Group Head of Gas Turbines.
Chris holds a BS and MBA in Management from LeTourneau University and has multiple certifications including in Project Management, Primavera, Sales and Marketing.
Hans-Jürgen CiesielskiSenior Vice President of Gas Turbines, Eastern Hemisphere
Hans-Jürgen Ciesielski is Senior Vice President of Gas Turbines, Eastern Hemisphere. He is P&L leader, responsible for the Gas Turbines businesses in Europe, Middle East & Africa and Asia Pacific as well as the OEM business based in Torino, Italy.
With over 30 years of experience in the Power Generation and Gas & Oil industries, Hans-Jürgen has held leadership positions as General Director, VP and SVP for AEG, Alstom (EGT); GE, Owner and MD of Z.TEC, Wood Group (GTS), and was responsible for several turnkey power generation projects.
After joining Wood Group GTS when Z.TEC was acquired in 2004, Hans-Jürgen most recently held the position of VP, Gas Turbines Europe.
Hans-Jürgen holds a degree (Dipl. Ing.) in Aerospace Technology and Aircraft Engines from Aachen University of Applied Sciences.
Katie ElderSenior Vice President, Finance & Communications
Katie Elder is Senior Vice President of Finance and Communications for EthosEnergy. She is based in the corporate office in Aberdeen, UK. As SVP of Finance she leads the Financial Reporting for the company and as SVP of Communications she heads up the communications and marketing team.
Katie spent over 10 years with Wood Group first as finance manager, then head of Finance Shared Service Centre, before becoming Financial Controller of the GTS Division 2010. She took on a dual role in 2013, heading up the communications team as part of the strategic preparation for EthosEnergy.
Prior to working at Wood Group Katie worked for a large co-operative for 15 years starting as a purchase ledger clerk and becoming a systems accountant. She is a Chartered Certified Accountant.
Mark LetendreGroup Head of Information Technology & Systems
Mark Letendre is Group Head of Information Technology & Systems in EthosEnergy. He has responsibility for the strategy and leadership for development and implementation of information technologies. These include IT security, infrastructure, applications, software, and resources for the company which support business processes.
In TurboCare Mark served as Vice President of Marketing & IT starting in 2005 and as Director, Global Supply Chain & IT since 2010.
After graduating from Notre Dame in 1989 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mark started his professional career with Westinghouse Electric. He worked in manufacturing, engineering, marketing, field service and was promoted to Plant Manager in 1994.
Mark remained with Siemens after they acquired Westinghouse and served in leadership roles in operations, also earning an MBA and accepting a General Management position in TurboCare in 2002.
Matthias PiotrowiczGroup Head of Human Resources
Matthias Piotrowicz is Group Head of Human Resources and is based in our corporate office in Houston, Texas. Matthias has global responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of the Human Resources function.
Prior to this, he spent 14 years working with Siemens, in various roles located in Florida, supporting energy service related businesses across the globe.
Matthias was born and raised in Poland and graduated with a Master of Arts from the University of Detroit Mercy in 1996.
Steve ZwolinksiSenior Vice President of Strategy
Steve Zwolinski is Senior Vice President of Strategy in EthosEnergy – responsible for strategic positioning of EthosEnergy in the energy industry.
With over 30 years of industry experience, Steve has held business leadership positions as the President and CEO of the following global companies – Gas Turbine Efficiency (GTE), GE-Wind Energy, GE-Hydropower, GE-Energy Service Parts, GE-Energy Service Shops, and GE-Inspection and Life Extension Services. Steve is also a certified Master Black Belt and led 6-sigma implementation across GE’s Power Generation businesses.
After joining Wood Group GTS when GTE was acquired in 2011, Steve most recently held the position of SVP of Product Management and Strategy.
Steve has a BSME and MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
