Parts supply
On both a planned and call-out basis, our team operates with support from experienced engineering and technical resources to meet all operational requirements. Nearly anything we can do at an EthosEnergy repair facility – including Computer Numerical Control (CNC) milling, sub-arc welding, and other advanced technologies – we can also do directly on-site.
Our goal is to minimize downtime, lower life cycle costs, and improve the overall performance of your plant while always complying with all Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHSE) standards.
Project Management
Whether it is for one unit or a fleet, EthosEnergy has the capability to manage large projects and annual maintenance overhauls. We provide support for all site efforts and can manage sourcing for scaffolding, insulation, valve repair, off-site shop repair, parts, and labor to ensure an outage runs smoothly and efficiently.
A designated project manager has the authority to resolve issues and can bring EthosEnergy’s resources of engineering, design, and manufacturing to a project to quickly solve any complications. The project manager communicates with the plant management and provides daily updates of a project’s status.
Safety
Safety is our priority. Our dedicated safety teams oversee our personnel training and enforcement of safety practices. Our safety team provides oversight, management control, and monitors key indicators by regularly measuring performance. We develop a job safety analysis that is updated each shift to ensure that all hazards are identified and the crew is aware of any changing conditions. We evaluate performance and adjust practices as required to ensure the continued safety of our customers and employees.
