Our highly skilled and experienced teams have manufactured new windings for all types of generator stators for 50 years.
We also install these windings into the generators. A fundamental part of the windings is designed and manufactured on the basis of reverse engineering measurements which assist in our design of new, modernized windings. In practice, we can equip every generator with new, modernized windings. Our windings include high, medium and low voltage Roebel half-coils and multi-turn coil designs. In general, we prefer manufacturing stator winding bars in ResinRich technology, with mica-glass tape as the main insulation, of high temperature index, with inner and outer corona protection in slot and end-winding parts. Our stator windings are characterized by a low, partial discharge level. During the manufacturing process we use an automatic insulating machine, which enables application of continuous insulation on the full length of the bars. Depending on the generator type, the stator winding bars consist of solid and/or hollow copper conductors, which are optimally configured and properly insulated from each other. To minimize additional losses, the bars have proper Roebel transpositions.
The external coating of the bars is robust and resistant to damage. All windings are designed for optimal performance and output, and use the highest quality of materials to provide long-lasting service. We regularly invest in new manufacturing technologies, our manufacturing processes are carried out for many demanding norms and standards and assure the highest quality products with some of the shortest lead times in the industry.
