EthosEnergy employed the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to effectively manage this to the highest standards. The higher end Mars 100 models employ state of the art single crystal technology in the primary stages of the turbine and aero standard Waspalloy turbine discs.
Within the engine there is close interaction between the stationary and rotating components and this is closely analyzed through part and assembly modelling software prior to First Article production where the parts are analyzed in real assembly.
EthosEnergy Light Turbines is fully capable in complete overhaul of the Mars engine range including full hot gas path replacement with new parts and a complete suite of turbine wheels and compressor components for the Mars 90 (12 & 13000) and Mars 100 (14 & 15000) engines in standard configuration or DLN configuration.
