​EthosEnergy follows current market requirements providing a large variety of standardized grid transformers ranging from 10 up to 195 MVA in many equipment configurations.

Our network transformers feature robust design, proven reliability along with reduced environmental impact.

Grid transformers are manufactured with up-to-date materials and techniques by standard. Cores are manufactured from high-grade, low loss silicon steel and windings with continuously transposed copper wires (CTC). This ensures windings have high mechanical durability during short circuit as well as allowing loss reduction during normal operation. The transformer tank is optimized to limit its weight while preserving resistance to all internal forces and environmental conditions.

Like with any of our transformers, it is possible to order a tailor-made unit to fulfil all your requirements regarding non-standard materials and parameters or equipment.
